Mr. Gerard Pulver

Gerard Pulver has been Executive Director of the JHTC since1996
He is a certified clinical psychologist and a member of the Israel Psychoanalytic Society.
Between 1979 and 1996, Mr. Pulver served as Chief Psychologist of the Children's Home.
Gerard Pulver holds a B.A. in Psychology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.A. in Clinical Psychology from the Sorbonne, Paris.
He served as director of a day program in a psychiatric rehabilitation center and program coordinator of a day hospital for adolescent boys in Paris.
He was also a mental health officer during his reserve duty in the Israel Defense Forces.
Mr. Pulver is an instructor at the Psychoanalytic Institute in Jerusalem and teaches the course "Psychotherapy" at Tel Aviv University and the Geha Psychiatric Hospital.
He is often invited to lecture at local and international professional congresses and has published several professional papers.
Gerard Pulver was born in France in 1949 and made aliyah when he was eighteen years old.
Gerard and Naomi Pulver have three daughters and several grandchildren.
