Executive Board & JHTC management

The executive director of the JHTC (Jerusalem Hills Therapeutic Centers) is Mr. Gerard Pulver, who is responsible for both its administrative as well as professional aspects.

 At his side are the sectorial directors: the administrator, director of residence, director of social services, head psychologist, school principal and housemother.

Additionally, the director of  the ”Kemper" Group House, Dr. Baruch Bar-Av, and the director of the  Goldie Kassell Center, Dr. Jean Pizante, are members of the senior staff.

The executive director works under the guidance and support of the Executive Board of the amutah (NGO).  The eight members of the Executive Board escort the RTC on a volunteer basis.
